Cox Media is Offering Free Advertising for Local Restaurants

Cox Media is a cable ISP and TV station provider in various mid-sized and large markets across the country. On March 30th they announced that for impacted restaurants in the communities they serve they are offering free TV advertising to help restaurants struggling with switching from dine-in to delivery orders get their message out.

According to their release Cox is not requiring any purchases for this offer, however, they don’t list much criteria to be considered eligible for the free advertising. TV viewership is still declining as well as more and more consumers shift to online streaming websites and apps. Still, if you are a restaurant located in a city or metro area serviced by Cox Media you should strongly consider the free advertising offer. To apply restaurant owners need to email them at this address: MarketingInsights@CoxMedia.com

“Cox Media knows when we partner with our community, we are Better Together. It’s important to us not only as a company, but as individuals to show support for the local restaurants that we normally frequent with our family and friends – the businesses that bring us together – so we can once again dine-in when this is over.”

Cox Media operates in these markets (though we’re not clear if they provide TV services in all of them).
